The front garden falls away from the house towards the sea and is laid mainly to lawn with floral borders, edged by hedges and shrubs. The gardens cover almost 1000 square metres and offer the visitor the opportunity to sit and relax in peace overlooking the sea, which is about 50m from the end of the front garden.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the master having fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawers for clothes and storage. A travel cot is available free of charge for guests with young children, if required.

There is a newly fitted, fully tiled 3 piece bathroom, with a powerful new shower fitted over the bath with fixed screen.

There are 2 further smaller bedrooms, one furnished with twin single beds, the other with a bunk bed having a single at the top and folding out to a double bed on the bottom bunk.

The house benefits from mains services, is double glazed throughout and is heated by oil central heating, with an additional open coal/log fire in the lounge.
